William De Lusignan was born after 1225 in Pembroke,Pembrokeshire,England.1   William De Lusignan's father was Hugh X De Lusignan and his mother was Isabella Of Angouleme Taillefer.  His paternal grandparents were Hugh IX De Lusignan and Agatha de Preuilly; his maternal grandparents were Aymer De Taillefer and Alix De Courtenay. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Hugh XI De, Geoffrey De, Guy De, Aymer Ademar De, Alice Le Brun De, Marguerite De, Agatha Agnes De and Isabella De. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Henry III, Richard , Earl of Cornwall and Poitiers, Prince of England, Earl of Cromwell, Joan, Princess of, Isabel Princess Of and Eleanor Princess Of.  He died before May 18th, 1296 in Slain In Battle In France.  He was buried in Westminster Abbey.1
