Martha Ada was born on September 2nd, 1869 in Coosa Co., AL.1 Martha Ada's father was James Wilson and her mother was Martha R. Davis. Her paternal grandparents were John\Jonas Wilson and Nacy Love. She had five brothers and three sisters, named James Madison, Henry Franklin, James Pinkerton, John Pennington, Marion Willis, Mary Virginia, J. E. and Lula A.. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 64 on September 20th, 1933 in Union Parish, LA. She was buried in Mt. Nebo Methodist Ch.
