Joe was born on October 1st, 1906 in ?.1 Joe's father was Solomon James Rushing and his mother was M. E. Blasingame. His paternal grandparents were William Cain Rushing and Mary Ann Rushing. He had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James R., J. Henry, Guss D., G. Irving, Richard R., William B., George, Nettie Mary and Jessie. He died at the age of 65 on February 3rd, 1972 in TX.1 -
