James Samuel Mozley

James Samuel was born on February 22nd, 1838 in GA.¹ James Samuel's father was Isaiah Irvin Mozley and his mother was Nancy Caroline McEwen. His maternal grandparents were James Hill McEwen and Martha Ann Snead. He had five brothers named John D., William Franklin, Hiram, Miles and Zachariah Taylor. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 36 on April 30th, 1874 in GA. He was buried in Near Lithia Springs, Campbell Co., GA.¹¹
