Infant was born on November 10th, 1813 in GA.¹ Infant's father was James Hill McEwen and his mother was Martha Ann Snead. His paternal grandparents were Alexander McEwen and Elizabeth (?). He had four brothers and five sisters, named Alexander D., John M., Robert T., James M., Elizabeth Louisa, Nancy Caroline, Sarah Ann, Martha Elizabeth and Emily Jane. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died in ?.¹
