Mildred Sherril was born on November 23rd, 1912 in Curtis, Coffee County, Alabama.1 Mildred Sherril's father was James Curtis Donaldson and her mother was Mary Magdalene Grimes. Her maternal grandparents were Joshua English Grimes and Charity Adeline Foley. She had three brothers named Olin, Marion Wilbur and Paul. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 3 on September 20th, 1916 in Curtis, Coffee County, Alabama. She was buried in New Ebenezer Cemetery, Coffee County, Alabama.1 1 -
