Her paternal grandparents were Henry II Plantagenet de Anjou King of England and Ida (of England). She had four brothers and six sisters, named Sir William LongespEe II, Richard, Stephen LongespEe, Nicholas LongespEe, Isabel, Petronilla, Ela, Idonea, Ida and Lora.
