Matilda Countess Of was born in 1032 in Flanders, France.  Matilda Countess Of's father was Baudouin V "Pious" Count of Flanders and her mother was Adela (Alix) Capet Princess Of FRANCE , Cts de Contenance. She had four brothers and a sister, named Baudouin VI the Peaceable, Robert I 'le Frison', Robert I of, Baldwin of and Matilda (Maud). She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William I, Guy, Henry, Robert, Alix and Elena.  She died at the age of 51 on November 2nd, 1083 in Caen, Calvados, Normandy.  She was buried in Holy Trinity, Caen, Calvados, France.
