William Zike 
William was born on February 15th, 1821 in Kentucky. William's father was David Zike and his mother was Catherine Smith. His paternal grandparents were Jacob "Zeuch" Zike and Katherine Lucinda Avey. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, George W., Elizabeth, Hester, Nancy, Sarah, Margaret and Catherine. He died at the age of 89 on April 9th, 1910 in Indiana. He was buried in Little Blue River Baptist Cemetery, Shelby Co., Indiana.-
