Hester Zike 
Hester was born on February 14th, 1824. Hester's father was David Zike and her mother was Catherine Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob "Zeuch" Zike and Katherine Lucinda Avey. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, George W., William, Elizabeth, Nancy, Sarah, Margaret and Catherine. She died at the age of 33 on October 12th, 1857 in Indiana. She was buried in Little Blue River Baptist Cemetery, Shelby Co., Indiana.-
