Harold Roscoe Skirvin 
Harold Roscoe was born on May 6th, 1917 in Macoupin Co., Illinois. Harold Roscoe's father was Obel Estes Skirvin and his mother was Goldie Cecil Shields. His paternal grandparents were Smith Skirvin and Clara Kemp; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Shields and Luella Richardson. He had a brother and two sisters, named Delmar Lecoe, Dorothy Opal and Alice Mildred. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 54 on October 16th, 1971.-
