Effie Carr

Effie's father was William Carr and her mother was Eliza Ann Smallwood. Her maternal grandparents were Caleb R. Smallwood and Matilda Zike. She had five brothers and a sister, named John Isacc, Caleb, Edward, George, Homer and Nellie.
