Serena Cooper

Serena was born in 1810.  Serena's father was Henry Cooper and her mother was Lydia Elizabeth Posey. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin J., James, John S., Harry, Lemuel, Nancy Ann and Mahala.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.

‌Serena and John T. P. were married in a religious ceremony on November 16th, 1833 in Wood County,WV.
