Phoebe Belcher 
Phoebe was born about 1738 in Bedford County,Virginia. Phoebe's father was Richard Belcher and her mother was Mary Obedience Clay. Her paternal grandparents were John Belcher and Elizabeth Frogley. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Isham, Richard, Anne and Elizabeth Anne. She died in 1809 in Pearisburg,Giles County,Virginia.-
