Richard Belcher 
Richard was born in 1710 in Chesterfield,Virginia. Richard's father was John Belcher and his mother was Elizabeth Frogley. His paternal grandparents were Robert Belcher and Phoebe Isham; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Frogley and Mary. He had three brothers named John, Robert and William. He died at the age of 53 in 1763 in Chesterfield,Virginia.-
