‌George Washington and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony about 1838 in , Bourbon, Kentucky.  They had three sons and seven daughters, named Joseph M., George, William, Nancy, Sarah C., Elizabeth, Fannie, Cynthia, Mary and Carrie.
