George's father was Henry Price and his mother was Catherine Wax. His maternal grandparents were Henry Wax and Margaret Geschwind. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Isaac, Henry, Jacob, Katherine, Susan Or Susannah, Hannah, Elizabeth and Mary.-
