Joseph Milburn Simms 
Joseph Milburn was born in 1690 in Charles County, Maryland. Joseph Milburn's father was James Semmes and his mother was Mary Goodrick. His paternal grandparents were Marmaduke Semmes and Fortune Watson; his maternal grandfather was Robert Goodrick. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Marmaduke, Ignatius, James, Susannah, Mary, Anne, Julianna and Susannah. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 74 in 1764 in Maryland.-
