Robert Sydney Shell 
Robert Sydney was born in 1876 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Robert Sydney's father was William Riley Shell and his mother was Cordelia Naff. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Shell and Winifred Boy. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William, James, Fanny and Kitty. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 84 in 1960.-
