Onessis Eugene Payne 
Onessis Eugene was born in 1889 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Onessis Eugene's father was Mack Mccarty Payne and his mother was Annie Brooks. His paternal grandparents were William Latham Payne and Letha Whitson; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Brooks and Mary Gladson. He had three brothers named Carl, Walter and John Reed. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 73 in 1962.-
