William Davis Morrell

William Davis was born on October 19th, 1905 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  William Davis' father was Samuel Robeson Morrell and his mother was Margaret Elizabeth Hart.  His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Morrell and Mary Agnes Latture; his maternal grandparents were Edmund Hart and Mary Hilton. He had six brothers and a sister, named Joseph Robeson, Jonathan Edmond, John Latture, Frank Alexander, Frederick Walker, Samuel Roy and Sylvia Agnes.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 67 on February 14th, 1973.
