Joseph Robeson Morrell

Joseph Robeson was born on July 25th, 1894 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  Joseph Robeson's father was Samuel Robeson Morrell and his mother was Margaret Elizabeth Hart.  His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Morrell and Mary Agnes Latture; his maternal grandparents were Edmund Hart and Mary Hilton. He had six brothers and a sister, named Jonathan Edmond, John Latture, William Davis, Frank Alexander, Frederick Walker, Samuel Roy and Sylvia Agnes.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 77 on March 20th, 1972.
