Sarah Caroline Monroe 
Sarah Caroline was born in 1852 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Sarah Caroline's father was Madison J. Monroe and her mother was Rebecca Davis. Her paternal grandparents were Asa Monroe and Sarah. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named James J., Robert H., William Harvey, Eliza Ellen, Mary Emaline, Pheriby Jane, Lydia, Martha Adeline, Mariah Tennessee and Rebecca Elizabeth. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 87 in 1939.
