Margaret was born about 1510 in Middleton, Warwickshire, England. Margaret's father was John Greisbrooke and her mother was Isabel. Her paternal grandfather was John De Gresbroke. She had five brothers and a sister, named Avery, John, Robert, Hugh, Henry and Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the seven children.-
