John Samuel Ford 
John Samuel was born in 1915 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. John Samuel's father was Amanuel Oralgile Ford and his mother was Eunice Elizabeth McCulley. His paternal grandparents were John William Ford and Ann E. Childress; his maternal grandparents were Samuel McCulley and Juletta Shipley. He had four sisters named Mary Esther, Julia Grace, Alia Blanch and Bessie Laura. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 69 in 1984.-
