Effie Chaney 
Effie was born in 1870 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee. Effie's father was N. Jefferson Chaney and her mother was Malinda Jane Bondurant. Her maternal grandparents were John William Bondurant and Esther Flannigan. She had two brothers named John H. and Lafayette. She was the youngest of the three children.
