Mary (Polly) DOAN 
Mary (Polly) was born about 1760 in Plumstead, Bucks Co., PA. Mary (Polly)'s father was Joseph DOAN and her mother was Hester VICKERS. Her paternal grandparents were Isreal DOAN and Ester Dillon; her maternal grandparents were Abraham VICKERS and Mary FRANCE. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Moses , Aaron, Levi , Mahlon (Malone), Thomas , Joseph (II) , Betsy and Hester.General Notes
Note: Mary was also called Polly. According to articles writen during the time of the Tory Doan's in the Rev. War, Mary (Polly) eventually married one of the Vickers men who was involved in the robbing, spying, etc. and was likely a cousin from her aunt and mother's side.
