Steven was born in 1712 in Young Plantation, Palermo, NJ.1 Steven's father was Henry Young and his mother was Abigail Corson. His maternal grandparents were Peter Corson and Deborah Townsend. He had a brother and six sisters, named Job, Deborah, Pheobe, Tabitha, Millicent, Elizabeth and Abigail. He had four half-brothers named Cornelius, Ichabod, Shamgar and William. He died at the age of 66 in 1778 in , Cape May, NJ.1 -
