Abigail was born about 1680 in , Cape May, NJ.1 Abigail's father was Peter Corson and her mother was Deborah Townsend. Her paternal grandparents were Carsten Jansen and Barbara Unknown. She had two brothers and a sister, named Christian, Peter and Mary. She died in 1755 in , Cape May, NJ.1
