William Tell Hefley 
William Tell was born on May 10th, 1856 in Cameron, Milam, TX. William Tell's father was William Vance Hefley and his mother was Jane Emily Renshaw. His paternal grandparents were Martin Hefley and Clarissa Ann Mahaffey; his maternal grandparents were John Renshaw and Martha Walkup. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named John M, Joseph W, Lafayette J, James Samuel, Jefferson Davis, Henry B, Martha M, Harriet E, Laura A, Mollie R, Kathleene, Sue and Emma Vance. He was the seventh oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 68 on February 2nd, 1925.-
