Jane Dow 
Jane was born in 1773 in Coventry, Tolland, CT.1 Jane's father was Pelatiah Dow and her mother was Catherine Rose. Her paternal grandparents were Ephraim Dow and Elizabeth Clark. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Sanford, John, Mabel, Elizabeth, Hannah, Margery and Clarinda. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
