Pelatiah Dow 
Pelatiah was born on May 30th, 1739 in Ipswich, Essex, MA.1 Pelatiah's father was Ephraim Dow and his mother was Elizabeth Clark. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Dow and Susannah Hill; his maternal grandparents were Humphrey Clark and Elizabeth Pache. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Ephraim, Levi, Lemuel, Humphrey Bean, Calvin, Lucy and Juliana. He had a half-brother named Isaac. He died at the age of 89 on February 4th, 1829 in Coventry, Tolland, CT.1 -
