Henry de Percy II Baron Percy 
Henry de Percy II was born in England.1 Henry de Percy II's father was William de Percy IV Baron Percy and his mother was Eleana de Baliol. His paternal grandparents were Henry de Percy I Baron Percy and Isabel le Brus; his maternal grandparents were Ingelram de Baliol Lord Redcastle and daughter de Berkeley. He had two half-sisters named Anastace and Agnes. He died on August 29th, 1272.2 General Notes

On the Percies: The founder of the family was a Danish chieftain, Manfred, who died in 880. His son, Galfred, was a general of Rollo's in Normandy. The next of importance would be William, who came with the Conqueror , and who was the first Lord Percy. He died in 1097. The descendants of his son, Alan, founded the Percies of Heyshott and William's son, Richard, founded the Percies of Dunsley. Of the Children of William II, only daughters survived and of these only one had children. She married Josceline de Lovain, brother of Adeliza, second wife of Henry II. Josceline changed his name to Henry de Percy and the line continued.

"History of the House of Percy" lists his wife as Eleanor Plantagenet, but if you go back several paternal generations this Eleanor de Warren is descended from hamelin Plantagenet, but Hamelin's children mostly took their mother's surname. Complete Peerage shows his wife as Alianore Plantagenet, but as the daughter of John de Warren, as I have it.
