Joscelin de Louvain Baron Percy 
Joscelin de Louvain was born in 1121 in Louvaine, Belgium.1 Joscelin de Louvain's father was Godfrey 'a la Barbe' VII Duc de Brabant and his mother was Ide de Namuer Cts de Namuer. His paternal grandparents were Henry II Ct de Louvain and Adelaide von Betuwe Cts de Betuwe; his maternal grandparents were Albert III de Namuer Ct de Namuer and Ida Billung. He had a brother and a sister, named Godfrey II de Brabant and Adeliza. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 59 in 1180 in of Egmanton, Nottinghamshire, England.1 -
