Ida Billung

Ida was born in 1046.¹ Ida's father was Bernhard II of Saxony Duke of Saxony and her mother was Elika von Schweinfurt. Her paternal grandparents were Bernhard I of Saxony Duke of Saxony and Hildegarde von Stade; her maternal grandparents were Henry von Schweinfurt Ct de Schweinfurt and Gerberge von Henneberg. She had a brother and a sister, named Ordulf of Saxony and Gertrude. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 56 on July 31st, 1102.¹
