Elizabeth was born on November 7th, 1880 in South Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.1   Elizabeth's father was Alexander Mitchell and her mother was Hanna Arthur.  Her paternal grandparents are David F. Mitchell and Betsy M.; her maternal grandparents are John Arthur and Catherine McQuaid. She had two brothers and a sister, named Alexander, John and Margaret.  She died at the age of 73 on November 19th, 1953 in Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.  She was buried in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1 1
