Dow

Dow was born on July 1st, 1915. Dow's father was Levi Smith Dow and his mother was Arabella Peck Bailey. His paternal grandparents were Sumner Adams Dow and Ann Maria Gordon; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Bailey and Mary Corey. He had a brother and a sister, named Levi and Allein. He was the youngest of the three children.
