William C. Dow

William was born on April 10th, 1850 in Prospect, Waldo County, Maine. William's father was Orchard C. Dow and his mother was Jane Crocker. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Dow and Betsey Prible. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Wealthy, George, Orchard, Richard, Leonard, Enoch, Charles, Mary, Sarah, Ellen, Emma and Justine.
