Ormand Clair Dow

Ormand was born on November 18th, 1909. Ormand's father was Oscar B. Dow and his mother was Maud M. Webb. His paternal grandparents were Orchard C. Dow and Caroline P. Ridley; his maternal grandparents are William Webb and Annabel Pease. He had two sisters named Vivien and Hilda. He was the oldest of the three children.
