Martha Custis Dow

Martha was born on January 1st, 1828. Martha's father was Joseph Godfrey Dow and her mother was Polly Boynton. Her paternal grandparents were Levi Dow and Abigail Godfrey. She had four brothers and two sisters, named William, George, John, Joseph, Mary and Eliza. She was the youngest of the seven children.
