Jacob Aron was born in 1792 in Monongalia co. West Virginia.  Jacob Aron's father was Richard Tennant and his mother was Elizabeth Haught.  His paternal grandfather was Richard Tennant and his paternal grandmother is Janet Wark. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Peter, Richard II, William, Alexander, Joseph S., Adam, John, Abraham, Mary, Elizabeth, Margaret Ann, Catherine and Sarah Catherine.  He died at the age of 82 on November 7th, 1874 in Clay District,Monongalia co. Virginia.
