Karol was born on November 3rd, 1891 in Leżajsk delivered by Karolina Ziemba and his christening took place on November 4th, 1891.  His godfather was Władysław Kwieciński and his godmother was Józefa Banaś.  Karol's father was Antoni Kwieciński and his mother was Wiktoria Ordyczyńska.  His paternal grandparents were Józef Kwieciński and Katarzyna  Dec.  He was an only child.  He died from a heart attack at the age of 67 on September 9th, 1959 in Sarzyna.  The funeral took place on September 11th, 1959 in Leżajsk and was arranged by ks. Józef Gorczyca i Roman Kwieciński.1
