Mateusz was born on September 19th, 1794 in Leżajsk and his christening took place on September 19th, 1794 conducted by priest Jan.  His godfather was Wojciech Dec and his godmother was Agnieszka Kostrzowa.  Mateusz's father was Stanisław Kwieciński and his mother was Katarzyna Gdula.  His paternal grandparents are pra Kwieciński and pra Kwiecińska.  He was an only child.  He died due to a medical problem at the age of 41 on May 24th, 1836 in Leżajsk.  The funeral took place on May 26th, 1836 in Leżajsk and was arranged by ks. Adam Jasiński.1
