Frederick Thomas Heiney

Frederick Thomas was born on April 19th, 1909 in Meigs County, OH. Frederick Thomas' father was Dallas Vane Heiney and his mother was Mary Charlotte Cowdrey (Heiney). His paternal grandparents were Thomas Newton Heiney and Sophronia M. Barrows.
