Károly Boromeus Drobny

Károly was born on October 18th, 1802 in Vácszentmihály.¹   Károly's father was Antal Drobny/Guóth and his mother was Katalin Farkass.  His paternal grandparents were György Drobny and Katalin Zilinsky. He had a brother and four sisters, named József, Anna, Teréz, Katalin and Jozefa.  He was the second youngest of the six children. He had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named János, Ignác, Gábor, Antal, István, Gábor, Sándor, Bibianna and Rozália.
