Elisabeta, known as Lizeta, was born on January 19th, 1945 and her christening was conducted by priest . Her godfather was/is Ionel Popovici and her godmother was/is Victoria Ionescu Popovici. Lizeta's father was Gheorghe (Gicu) Andronescu and her mother was Olga Elena Popovici-Andronescu. Her maternal grandparents were Ioan(Ionel) Popovici and Victoria Ionescu (Popovici). She has a sister named Tuti. She is the older of the two children.

Education Details
- Lizeta attended Facultatea de filozofie in Bucuresti full time from 1963 at Invatamant superior level in filozofie. She passed examinations in 1968 and achieved a pass.

Occupation Details
- From 1968 Lizeta's occupation was profesoara de filozofie full time for Liceul teoretic, in Urlati. She left in 1969 at the end of the contract.
  
  From 1970 her occupation has been laborant cu studii superioare full time for Institutul Unificat de Cercetari Nucleare(IUCN) Dubna, in Dubna.
  
  From 1975 her occupation was documentarist full time for Institutul National de Cercetare si Dezvoltare penrtu Fizica si Inginerie Nucleara "Horia Hulubei"(IFIN-HH) - Biblioteca, in Magurele. She retired in 2000.
