Andrew Skidmore

Andrew was born about 1710 in Jamaica, Long Island, Queens, New York.¹ Andrew's father was Samuel Scudder and his mother was Susannah Welling. His paternal grandparents were John Skidmore and Susannah Davis; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Welling and Mary. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, Thomas, Samuel, Joseph, Jeremiah, Susanna, Abigail, Phebe, Hannah, Patience and Elizabeth. He had three half-sisters named Susanah, Pebe and Patience. He died after June 24th, 1774 in South Hempstead, Long Island, Nassau, New York.¹
