Margaret was born about 1308 in Netherwood, Thornbury, Herefordshire, England.1   Margaret's father was Roger De Mortimer and her mother was Joan De Geneville. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Edmund, Roger, Joan, Agnes, Blanche and Catherine.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  She died on May 5th, 1337 in Berkeley Castle, Berkeley, Gloucestershire, England.1
