Catherine was born in 1318 in Wigmore, Herefordshire, England.1   Catherine's father was Roger De Mortimer and her mother was Joan De Geneville. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Edmund, Roger, Joan, Margaret, Agnes and Blanche.  She was the youngest of the seven children.  She died before September 6th, 1369.  She was buried in St. Mary's, Warwick, Warwickshire, England.1 1
