Joan De Burgh

Joan was born about 1304.¹ Joan's father was Richard 'The Red Earl' De Burgh and her mother was Margaret De Burgh. Her paternal grandparents were Walter De Burgh and Avelina Fitzjohn; her maternal grandparents were John De Burgh and Cecilia Balliol. She had a brother and two sisters, named John, Eleanor and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the four children. She died on April 23rd, 1359 in Friars Minor Church, Kildare, Ireland.¹
